Introduction
Welcome.
2Lazy2Run aims to be an instructional guide to the bicycle lifestyle for almost everyone. It is primarily "geared" as an instructional aid for Kinesiology 006: Cycling. While it is targeted for the entry-level rider, it will hopefully contain useful information for just about anyone. What you'll find here is, like everything in cycling, highly opinionated. For example, I probably won't mention anything on here about how to fix your electronic shifting system because I think those things are ugly.
So, check back here often for updates to the development of the course, additional components, and all sorts of stuff.
